On July 14, 1987, Matrix Group of Companies was incorporated with the primary purpose of engaging in corporate asset management for corporations, associations and other entities.

Leading to the venture of security of our clients with the inception of matrix security as the leading agency during the 90's.

Company History

Starmatrix Security Agency Inc. was incorporated on September 6, 2012, with Dra. Christine Vivian S. Cajigal serving as the Chairman. The company received its Private Security Agency Regular License to Operate # PSA-R-14-165355-188 on July 6, 2018, under the management of Col. Frederick F. Fernando. On March 1, 2022, Patricio G. Pasion, Jr. CSP, CST, MBA, was appointed as the new President and CEO by the board of directors.

Headquartered at Lt. 18, Blk. 1, Jordan Plains III, Brgy., Pasong Putik, Novaliches, Quezon City, Starmatrix Security Agency Inc. is an integral part of the JRS Group of Companies.

As one of the leading security agencies in the country, we provide nationwide security services to various industries including manufacturing, food services, logistics, and distribution. Our highly skilled security guards undergo rigorous training at our Matrix Training Center, accredited by SOSIA and TESDA.

Moreover, our guards undergo comprehensive neuro-psychological, drug, and medical screening at our Wellness Diagnostic Center, accredited by the Department of Health, prior to deployment. We take pride in delivering top-notch security solutions to our clients, ensuring safety and peace of mind at all times.
